We want this forum to be an informative, educational, and fun place to be; with this is mind we've come up with 5 simple rules which we ask all posters to try to adhere to.

1 - Be honest!
It may seem like an very obvious rule but please only post reviews on workplaces you're currently employed at or have worked at within the last 4 years.
If it is suspected that any post contains inaccurate / false claims or information it will be deleted.

2 - Maintain positivity
As the Monty Python boys sang 'Always look on the bright side of life'.
We understand that if you have left a workplace there may be a bad experience behind your decision to leave, however we believe there is always at least one positive thing about a workplace so please ensure you include these.
These could be your colleagues, location, free breakfast or the christmas parties!
Posts which are overly negative and contain no positive comments will be deleted.

3 - Be the bigger person
This forum is designed to create a useful, informative and constructive tool for job seekers and not as a venting board for disgruntled / unhappy employees.
Please don't include malicious, slanderous, abusive or personal attacks as these aren't helpful to others & will be deleted.
Very importantly please don't include any personal information about colleagues which could be considered libellous.

4 - Honour contracts
Many companies now require employees to sign confidentially or non-discloser agreements, remember these are still binding even when you have left that employer. We expect all posters to be mindful of employer confidentially with respect to trade secrets, copyrighted material, or restricted insider information.
Posts suspected of breaking this rule will be deleted.

5 - Respect the English language
Of course we don't expect 100% perfect spelling & grammar on here but we do encourage you to make an effort. Please avoid using text short hand, excessive capitalisation, bad grammar / spelling or offensive language.
This will make reading the forum easier for everyone!
