Working with great bands and good fringe benefits such as gigs, lots of music and a great mini team

CONS
Manager / owner is a pathological liar, has little idea about music or how to run a company. (just my own opinion)

HOW WOULD YOU RATE THE SALARY?
Great if would arrive regularly and without having to fight for it each month

Step down and let someone else grow the label.

I WOULD RECOMMEND WORKING HERE BECAUSE...
If you like music then is a good way into the industry. Being a small company there is no where to grow but as a foundation and an insight it is pretty good.

It was a shame as I loved the job but in the end felt obliged to leave. The company has a mid weight roster but could do soo much better!
